How much does shipping cost?

Enjoy free Eco-Friendly shipping on all orders with a sub-total over $200, even the BIG stuff! Orders under $200 pay a flat-rate of only $14.95 for Eco-Friendly shipping. We offer faster delivery for an additional fee for Standard delivery. Your shipping charges will be displayed at checkout for your convenience.

What is Eco-Friendly Shipping?

Our Eco-Friendly Shipping option has a lower carbon footprint than standard delivery. The faster an order is shipped, the less efficiently it can be delivered. When you choose Eco-Friendly Shipping at checkout, we consolidate your orders, fill our delivery trucks, and reduce the environmental impact of your purchase. Orders will arrive 6-10 business days from the date of shipment.

How soon will my order ship?

Costacrave accepts orders 24/7 online. The delivery of your items will vary depending on your location and the designated shipping method. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

How long does delivery take?

We currently offer 2 shipping methods to meet your needs. The first day in transit is the business day after your package is picked up from our fulfillment center. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Delivery via teleportation is still pending.

  • Eco-Friendly (6-10 Business Days)
  • Standard (3-5 Business Days)

How is delivery time calculated?

Delivery Time = Warehouse Handling Time + Shipping Time

  • Warehouse Handling Time refers to the amount of time it will take for your order to leave our warehouse. Items are shipped within 1-2 business days. Our fulfillment center is processing orders 7 days a week and are picked up from our carriers Monday-Friday.
  • Shipping Time is the amount of time it will take your order to ship once it has left our fulfillment center. This depends on the shipping method you select at checkout.

We can’t control delays caused by carriers, information errors, changes to orders or bad weather. If you ever feel like a delay is our fault, or even if you’re just worried about where your stuff is, please reach out and we’ll see what we can do to help — waiting forever is not fun at all, and we want you to be happy. That said: In case of delays caused by a corgi apocalypse, you’re on your own.

Who will deliver my package?

To ensure fast and reliable deliveries across the United States we have partnered with USPS and FedEx.

How do I track my order?

You’ll be sent a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number upon shipment. You can track your package by entering your tracking number on our Track Order page. Please allow up to 24 hours for your package travel history and estimated delivery date to display. You can also login to your Costacrave.com account to check your order status at any time or email us contact@costacrave.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Internationally, PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
